5.9.8 Procedure

1 Locate the upper output cable loom (3KXG004068U0100).
Similar to the lower output cable loom, the red, black, green
and white wires are significantly longer than the other wires
(see red circle in Figure 46) are to be connected to the CM30
transmitter.

2 Start by making all connections to TB3 from 1 to 12, starting
from the left (pink into 1) and working across.
3 Make connection at the upper CM30. Start with the left had
side working up from violet (52) through to orange (47). Then
make the blue and pink connections into 9 and 10.
4 Make connections to 6, 7, 41 and 42 as shown in the wiring
diagram. Track the gray cover through the center of the
CM30 cable tray and flare the cables over the top.
5 AK101/AK102 only:
Push the black braided wires down between the CM30s so
that it tracks to the left and then down towards the terminal
rails.

6 AK101/AK102/AK103 only:
Lift any wires from the switch(es) to one side and push down
both signal cable looms, such that they track between the
switch(es) and the lower CM30.
This is to allow the switch wires to track over the top of the
signal wire looms. AK102 example shown in Figure 48.
