7 Replace the fuse cartridges in fuse holders F1 and F2 (AK101/
AK102 only) with the fuse cartridges provided in the kit.
8 Undo with the 5.5mm screwdriver and pull from the front of
the panel to replace. The fuse cartridges required for CM30
have a different tolerance to those used with 4600, so this is
a critical step and must not be skipped

5.9.5 Requirements

5.9.6 Procedure

1 Locate the lower cable loom (3KXG004068U0200). This is
the shorter loom with the shorter braiding. The transmitter
end of the loom is the end where the red, black, green and
white wires are significantly longer than the other wires (see
red circle in Figure 40).

2 Connect the loom to TB4 starting at terminal 1 at the left
hand end.
3 Thread the pink wire under TB3, to the left of the left hand
pillar supporting the terminal rail (see Figure 41).
4 Work your way across TB4 connecting all wires up to terminal
12 as shown in the wiring diagram, now to the right of the
pillar.

5 Connect the lower cable loom to the required connections on

the CM30 using a Posidriv 1 screwdriver. Start on the left

side and work from the bottom up. Therefore, start with the
violet cable into connection 52 and stop at orange into
connection 47.
