5 .9 Rewiring

Each sub-section contains the wiring diagram relevant to that
sub-section. In each section, the wiring diagram may also
depend on the type of AK10 being replaced. Be careful to
ensure that the correct wiring diagram is followed at each
stage.

5.9.1 Requirements

5.5 mm screwdriver

5.9.2 Procedure

1 Remove the back covers from the CM30 display(s).
2 AK103 and AK104 only:
Connect the ground wire to the ground connection on the
back of the CM30. For neater wiring, track the cable up and
down as shown in Figure 38.
3 AK101 and AK102 only:
a Connect the longer ground wire to the ground connection
on the back of the upper CM30.
b Make sure that the ground cable is routed around the
right hand side of the lower CM30 as shown in Figure 38.
c Connect the shorter ground wire to the ground
connection on the back of the lower CM30 display unit, as
shown in Figure 38.

4 AK101 and AK102 only:
Connect the live and neutral brown and blue wires connected
to TB2 and Fuse 2 into terminals 11 and 12 on the lower CM30.
5 All systems:
Connect the live and neutral brown and blue wires from TB1
and fuse 1 into terminals 11 and 12 on the upper CM30.
6 AK101 and AK102 only:
Quantity
Be sure to track this power cable to the left of the lower

CM30 and then between the upper and lower CM30 (see red
arrow in Figure 40). Do not track this cable over, or around
the right hand side of the lower CM30.
