5 .6 Install the safety barriers

1 Make sure that terminals 3 and 4 (HAZ) are at the bottom of
the panel facing downwards.
2 Terminals 1 and 2 (SAFE) should be facing upwards in the
direction of the zero potentiometers. The barriers should be
installed from left to right.

3 When reattaching the safety barriers to the rail, hook from
the bottom and lever the top down.

5 .7 Install the CM30s

AK101 only:
The order is important:
• CM30/.../S20 or CM30/.../S21 must be installed as the upper
display unit.
• CM30/.../S24 or CM30/.../S25 must be installed as the lower
display.
This information is indicated on the silver label on the side of
each CM30 display unit.
1 Unwrap the CM30 display(s). Also locate the mounting
brackets in the packaging and remove.
• AK101/AK102: Two CM30s
• AK10/AK104: One CM30

The ring pull key and jumper bar are not needed. However, we
advise to keep the ring pull as it may be useful in future if ever
the CM30 needs to be removed from the panel for updating or
replacing.
2 Referring to Figure 29 for each CM30, position the upper
panel clamp A at the top front of the case against the
panel.
