2.1 Description The HX Mini is a general purpose laboratory mini block heater, which combines digital control, a fast heating microtube block and a convenient transfer rack system, all in an ultra compact footprint. With a temperature range up to 100 °C, it is suitable for a range of uses in life science, molecular biology, environmental and industrial laboratories. -

PRODUCT CONTROLS AND INDICATORS LCD Display (Block Temperature, Set Temperature, Timer) Heat LED (Heater Function) Main Power Switch Turns entire unit on and off. START/STOP Switch Begins and ends the heating process. Mode Switch Toggles the LCD display between Temperature and Timer Settings. -

Instruction Manual Block Heater HX Mini 6.2 Heating and Countdown Timer 1. Turn the unit on using the Main Power rocker switch. 2. Press the Up or Down switches to set the block to the desired temperature. Holding the Up or Down key for more than eight seconds will increase or decrease the set point rapidly. -

4. INSTALLATION 4.1 Auspacken des Blockheizers Vor dem Auspacken sollte das Paket auf eventuelle Transportschäden hin überprüft werden. Folgende Teile sind im Lieferumfang enthalten: HX Mini Blockheizer mit Block und Transferrack Bedienungsanleitung Netzteil Stromkabel Im Falle fehlender Teile oder Beschädigungen wenden Sie sich bitte an PEQLAB (siehe auch 'TECHNI- SCHER SERVICE’). -

BEDIENELEMENTE UND ANZEIGEN LCD Display (Blocktemperatur, Eingestellte Temperatur, Timer) 'Heat' LED (Heizfunktion) Netzschalter Schaltet das gesamte Gerät an oder aus. Mit Hilfe der 'Mode' Taste kann zwischen aktueller Temperatur, bereits vergangener Zeitspanne seit dem Drücken der Starttaste, Ausschalten des Displays und dem Countdown Timer gewechselt werden. 6.2 Heizfunktion mit Zeiteinstellung 1. Bedienungsanleitung Blockheizer HX-Mini 10. Drücken Sie die Start/Stop Taste erneut. Das Gerät stellt nun die Betriebstemperatur abhängig vom neuen Kalibrierwert ein. Geben Sie dem Gerät genug Zeit, um sich an die neue Temperatur anzupassen, und dann vergleichen Sie die Temperatur erneut mit den Werten des externen Thermometers oder Temperaturfühlers. -
