  • Page 4 STEP 1 Place styrofoam insert from packaging under- neath Front Chassis (1) to aid in assembly. NOTE: LOOSELY tighten bolt connections in this step.

  • Page 8 STEP 5 NOTE: Max weight: 270 lbs. (122 kgs.). Load weight equally on both sides. WARNING: Remove weight from M3 when not TOP VIEW in use. Leaving the weights on M3 could cause the tires to deform. NOTE: SECURELY tighten all bolt connections in this step.
  • Page 9 To push Tank, insert Right and Left Handles into Rear Chassis as shown REAR VIEW HANDLES INSTALLED NOTE: Max weight: 270 lbs. (122 kgs.). Load weight equally on both sides. WARNING: Remove weight from M3 when not in use. Leaving the weights on M3 could cause the tires to deform.
  • Page 10 WHEELBARROW AND DEAD LIFT TRAINING To remove Handles, pull up on Spring Pins and pull Handles out. Spring Pins To perform wheelbarrow or deadlift exercises, fully insert Left and Right Handles horizontally into Rear Chassis as shown. NOTE: Ensure Spring Pins are fully engaged. WARNING: DO NOT drop M3 from Handles.

  • Page 14 CHAIN ADJUSTMENT, STEP 3 To tighten Chain, Push Brake Module back in direction of arrow. Using a 6mm Allen NOTE: DO NOT overtighten Wrench, loosen 4 Chain. Leave a small amount bolts underneath of slack (up and down play) Front Chassis. in the chain for best performance.
