EZEE-ON WARRANTY FOR PRODUCTS EZEE-ON warrants each item of new EZEE-ON equipment sold by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under recommended agricultural use. This warranty is void if equipment is used for other agricultural purposes.
INTRODUCTION Thank-you for deciding to purchase an Loader. addition to Ezee-On and durable Loader, new loader incorporates a number of operational and safety features. We urge you to familiarize yourself with the operation and maintenance of your Loader by reading this manual carefully.
LOADER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS Watch for this symbol important safety messages When you see this symbol, read the safety message GENERAL SAFETY 1. Never allow anyone to ride on any portion of the loader or tractor. The person may fall and be seriously or fatally injured. 2.
MAINTENANCE SAFETY 1. Do not disassemble or loosen hydraulic there is pressure within those Parts and fluid could fly out at a high velocity, resulting in serious injury. Always relieve the pressure in the hydraulic system. 2. Always use wood or cardboard as a backstop, and wear gloves and eye protection when searching the hydraulic system for leaks. Hydraulic escaping under pressure can cause personal injury by penetrating the skin.
TRANSPORT SAFETY CONTINUED: 3. Never transport the loader with the bucket (or any other attachment) in the "DUMP" position. If the hydraulic system failed, or if the hydraulic lever was accidentally operated, the loader will drop, causing the bucket (or attachment) to dig into the ground. This may result in serious injury or death to the operator and serious damage to the tractor loader, especially if the tractor is moving at a high rate of speed.
OPERATION SAFETY 8. When raising a load, level attachment at higher lifting ranges to prevent material falling on to tractor operator. Model -Attach two (2) bucket cylinders, arrow 5, with the tube end attached to the cylinder lugs, arrow 13, on each side of main frame.

ASSEMBLY CAUTION: BE SURE ALL CYLINDERS ARE COMPLETELY FILLED WITH HYDRAULIC FLUID TO AVOID LOADER FREE-FALL OR SUDDEN MOVEMENT. IF THE CYLINDERS ARE NOT COMPLETELY FILLED, THE LOADER DROP. 12) Extend the lift cylinders. This will raise the loader into the mounting position, as shown in ILL.

1. LOADER MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS: THE LOADER IN THE POSITION ABOVE ILL. 9 If the loader is sitting flat on ground, as shown in ILL. 1 and 2, it can be raised into the position shown in ILL. 9, by attaching the hydraulic hoses to the tractor hydraulic system and extending the lift cylinders.

OPERATION CONTIIVUED: Position Position EZEE-A-TACH SYSTEM (OPTIONAL) The EZEE-A-TACH system allows the operator to install (or remove) attachment onto (or from) loader. To install attachment proceed as follows: STEP 1: See ILL. 12. With spring-loaded locking pins in the "UP" position and carrier tipped forward, drive the carrier between the brackets of the attachment.

MAINTENANCE and STORAGE 1. Check the hoses and oil lines periodically for signs of ruptures and leaks. CAUTION: ALWAYS USE A PIECE OF WOOD OR CARDBOARD AS A BACKSTOP AGAINST SPURTING FLUID. ALWAYS WEAR GLOVES AND EYE PROTECTION WHEN SEARCHING HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR LEAKS.
