STARTING UP OF APPLIANCE
- Place the heating unit on the arch support:

- Place the power cable at the rear passing it through the groove as shown on picture

- Before the 1st use, launch a Bain Marie cycle to rinse the heating unit:
- Pour 1 cup of water into the unit.
- Close the lid and press the button (
). You will hear 1 Beep and back lighting of button flashes. - When the cycle is over, you hear 3 beeps and back light switches off. Put any container larger than 1 cup on the baby bottle receptacle.
- Push the water lever downwards to empty the heating unit. BE CAREFUL, RISK OF BURNING due to hot water being released.
- Wait for unit to cool down a few minutes before using the appliance.
INSTANT PREPARATION MODE

Instant preparation mode is the fastest mode for preparing bottles. You only need a few seconds to obtain a bottle at the selected temperature.
- Fill the bottle with the amount of water for the volume of the preparation required.
- Open the lid #1 and pour water into the empty heating unit #2
- Close the lid#1
- Fill the bottle with the amount of milk formula for the volume of the preparation required and put the bottle in the centre of the receptacle #8
- Select a temperature button. You will hear a beep and the button will flash during the heating process.
- As soon as the water has reached the correct temperature, the appliance beeps 3 times and the button's light switches off.
- Push the water lever#4 downwards until the bottle is full.
- Use a clean cloth to remove any water remaining in the bottom of the heating unit (...) before storing your appliance.
Note: For hygiene reasons and in order to avoid all microbiological risks, the bottle must be consumed quickly after preparation (within two hours).

WATER BATH MODE
The water bath mode should be used for heating bottles and jars. The water bath mode does not allow you to control the exact temperature of the preparation you are heating. The choice of the water bath mode should be adapted to the amount of preparation to be heated and material of the container:
- Mode 1
:
small quantity or glass container - Mode 2
:
large quantity or plastic container
- Open the lid of the heating unit#1.
- Fill the heating unit#2 with water to «Max» level.
- Place the bottle or jar to be heated in the heating unit#2.
- Select and press the button for the chosen mode, you will hear a beep and the button will flash during the heating process.
- At the end of the heating cycle, the appliance beeps three times and the button's light switches off.
- BE CAREFUL, RISK OF BURNING Remove the bottle or the jar with a cloth to avoid the risk of burns.
- Close the lid#1 and wait for the water to cool down before emptying the unit.
- After mixing the contents of the jar or shaking the bottle, always check that the temperature of the food is not too high and that there is no risk of burning your child.
- Never use water from the water bath mode to prepare a bottle.
- Empty the heating unit and wipe it with a clean cloth or a paper towel before storing your appliance.
In water bath mode, the heating unit may be used without the arch support
- To remove the heating unit#2 from the support, unlock the lock switch by turning it anti-clockwise.
- Place the heating unit#2 on a flat surface and then follow water bath instructions.

MAINTENANCE
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
- Clean the tank and surfaces with a damp cloth or sponge. Wipe carefully.
- Over time, limescale deposits may accumulate on the bottom of the tank, descale the unit as below:
- Remove the tank from its arch support
- When the appliance is cold and unplugged, pour in a mixture of ¼ cup of water and ¼ cup of white vinegar or BEABA cleaning solution. Leave overnight. Never use a chemical or a coffee machine de-scaler in the unit.
- Empty the contents of the heating unit and wipe it with a clean cloth.
- Repeat the operation if necessary until complete removal of the limescale.
- Complete a (
) cycle with clear water before using again. - For storage you can unlock and remove the heating unit and place it inside arch support (9)

TROUBLE SHOOTING
The product does not work | - Check that the power cord is not damaged.
- Check that the appliance is connected to a 120V electricity supply. Use of the appliance with a 220V-240V electricity supply will void the warranty

All the buttons are flashing | - The appliance is in default mode
- There is no water in the unit when starting the cycle

All the water flows before cycle is starting. | - Check that water distribution lever is not blocked and pull it up.

A long beep is hearing | - A cycle has been launched without water inside the tank. Wait a few minutes before adding water.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
- Read all instructions.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock do not immerse cord, plugs, or appliance in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair, or adjustment.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- To disconnect, turn any control to «off», then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Incorrect use of the appliance may cause injury: always follow these instructions.
- This appliance cannot be used by children

BURN RISK - This appliance heats water to 194°F, never handle the product when it is in use. - Never launch a cycle without any water in heating unit.
- If this does happen, please wait 5mn before adding water into the heating unit to prevent hot water from splattering.
- Never touch the heating plate with hand at the end of cycle
- If the power cable is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its after-sales service or any other similarly qualified person in order to avoid any danger.
- Never immerse the appliance in water
- Unplug the appliance if you leave it unsupervised
- Unplug the appliance if it is not working properly
- Unplug the appliance if it is damaged (fall, breakage, etc.)*

- The appliance should not be maintained by a child
- Do not let a child play with the appliance.
- Wash your hands well before handling your baby's products and food
- Always use the appliance on a solid and even surface
- Do not move the appliance or cover it while it is in function
- Do not lift the lid while the product is in function to ensure the correct water temperature is reached
- Before preparing food, please consult a healthcare professional or your paediatrician for further information about food safety and preparation (waterto use, storage, preparation method, etc.).
- Also refer to the instructions provided with your milk formula box or food jars for specific recommendations
- With the instant preparation mode, only use water and avoid using any other liquid (milk), or adding syrup, powder which may remain or rot in the water drop system.
- It is advised not to heat food for a long period of time
- Temperatures are provided for information. Before feeding your baby, check the temperature of the food by pouring a few drops on the back of your hand or by tasting the food
- The heating element surface is subject to residual heat after use
- By pressing on the button a second time you are able to stop launched cycle
- This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
- A short power-supply cord (or detachable power-supply cord) is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
- Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use.
- If a longer detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:
- The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance;
- The cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.
