1.10 Measuring Your Wrist Circumference and Wearing the Device
1. Measure your wrist's circumference at about the width of two fingers away from the bottom of
your palm.
2. Pull the tail of the measuring tool through the buckle on the head until it touches the arm to avoid
being too tight, and record the number shown by the arrow.
3. Select the strap size based on the scale on the ruler. (M: 5–11; L: 12–20).
