TROUBLESHOOTING
BE SURE TO FOLLOW SAFETY RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS.
PROBLEM
The power wand
sprayer does not
turn ON
The power wand
sprayer turns ON
(pump hums when
trigger is pulled) but it
will not spray.
The power wand
sprayer turns ON but
only sprays at low
pressure.
The power wand
sprayer does not fully
prime.
The hose leaks at the
tank connection or
power wand sprayer.
The nozzle drips when
the trigger is not
depressed.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Ensure the power wand sprayer is
charged.
The power wand sprayer may have
overheated.
There is no liquid in the tank.
The nozzle is clogged.
The power wand sprayer is not primed.
The hose is not connected to the power
wand sprayer.
The power wand sprayer is clogged.
The nozzle is clogged.
The power wand sprayer is clogged.
The hose is not fully seated at the power
wand sprayer or the tank connection.
The power wand sprayer is clogged.
The liquid level in the tank is low.
There is chemical residue or buildup in
the tank.
The hose is not fully seated at the power
wand sprayer or the tank connection.
The hose is cracked, swollen, or faulty.
The connection is damaged.
There is dirt or debris in the power
wand sprayer.
There is a damaged o-ring or seal in the
power wand sprayer.
Trigger is not fully depressed.
SOLUTION
Charge the power wand sprayer. See
Charging the Power Wand Sprayer.
Allow the power wand sprayer to cool.
Add liquid to the tank. See Filling the
Sprayer.
Clean the nozzle. See Nozzle Maintenance.
Allow at least 30 seconds for the pump
to prime.
Connect the hose to the power wand
sprayer and press the trigger to prime the
power wand sprayer. See Attaching the
Hose Assembly to the Power Wand Sprayer.
Replace power wand sprayer.
Clean the nozzle. See Nozzle Maintenance.
Replace power wand sprayer.
Disconnect and reconnect both ends of
the hose. See Attaching the Hose Assembly
to the Tank and Attaching the Hose
Assembly to the Power Wand Sprayer.
Replace power wand sprayer.
Add liquid to the tank. See Filling the
Sprayer.
Clean the sprayer. See Cleaning. If
necessary, repeat with warm water and a
mild detergent mixture. Allow the mixture
to stay in the pump for up to 1 hour
prior to rinsing. Replace the power wand
sprayer if necessary.
Disconnect and reconnect both ends of
the hose. See Attaching the Hose Assembly
to the Tank and Attaching the Hose
Assembly to the Power Wand Sprayer.
Replace the hose.
Replace the hose assembly, tank, or
power wand sprayer.
Clean the hose and power wand sprayer.
Replace the hose and power wand
sprayer.
Inspect for debris in between trigger
and wand case to ensure trigger is fully
depressed.
