Page 3: How It Works
(2 - 9°C) within 3 minutes, then a radio message will be sent. The on-board button and LED are used to switch the Climate on and off, and to program the settings. When in use, the button can be locked to ensure that programmed settings are not inadvertently changed. -

Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the amber LED extinguishes. ● Release the button. The LED will flash green four times and the Climate will switch on. ● To check it is now on, press the button twice. The red LED will flash briefly when the button is pressed and will then illuminate red for two seconds to indicate that it’s on. -

Climate Unlocking / Locking Unlocking the Button The Climate has to be on and the button unlocked to access to the programming menu. ● ● Press the button twice. When the LED illuminates red, press and hold the button for five seconds until the amber LED extinguishes. -

Climate Programming the Modes Ensure the Climate is switched on and the button unlocked. Enter the programming menu for the option you would like to set. Press and release the button 4-8 times (ensuring the red LED illuminates with each press) to match the options below: ●... - Page 7 Press once for level 1, twice for level 2, etc. The LED will flash every time the button is pressed. Note: If the button isn’t pressed while the green LED is illuminated, the red LED will flash rapidly and the Climate will exit the programming menu, and the previous setting will be retained.

Press the button 4-8 times to match the number of the option you would like to disable. ● ● Allow the Climate to flow through the programming menu. ● At the end of the menu, while the red LED flashes, press and hold the button. The amber LED will illuminate. -

Climate Installation The Cair Climate can be placed anywhere in the home, taking into account the following considerations: ● To avoid false alarms, it should be positioned away from direct sunlight, doorways, windows and other sources of ventilation. ● The Climate is not water resistant so avoid any contact with water, or areas with excessive condensation. -
