Operating A Function - BMW SERIE 5-E60-2006 Owner's Handbook Manual

The chosen function can be operated with the
appropriate key.
The setting is saved for the remote control cur-
rently in use.

Operating a function

Press the appropriate button on the steering
wheel.
If you have programmed "Voice output of nav.
system" for one of the buttons:
> Switching spoken instructions on/off:
Press and hold down the button.
> Repeating the last spoken instruction:
Press the button.
> With Business navigation system, interrupt-
ing spoken instructions during an
announcement:
Press the button.
