Step 1
A. Be cautious around the small end of the Cylinder
to avoid getting grease on you or your clothes.
B. With the Base turned upside down, insert the
Caster stems into the holes on the Base and press
them firmly to secure them in place.
C. Flip the Base, so the Casters are on the floor, and
insert the Cylinder into the Base in the orientation
shown with the smaller diameter end up.
Step 2
A. Place the Seat upside down on the edge of a sta-
ble surface, such as a table.
B. Slide the Back over the Seat tab and line up the
holes on the Back and the Seat. Have a friend help
keep it steady.
C. Using the T-Handle Allen Wrench, attach the Back
to the Seat with three M10x20 Screws and three
M10 Split Lock Washers. Start all Screws loosely,
then tighten them all using the T-Allen Wrench.
Step 3
A. Insert an Arm into the Seat. The Arms should an-
gle towards the front of the chair when installed
with the height adjustment points facing outward.
B. Using the T-Handle Allen Wrench, attach the Arms
to the Seat using six 1/4x19 Screws and six M6 Split
Lock Washers. Start all screws loosely, then tight-
en them all using the T-Handle Allen Wrench.
Step 4
A. Flip the chair assembly from steps 2 and 3 right-
side up, and lower it onto the Cylinder.
B. Press down on the seat (or sit on it) to secure it in
place on the Cylinder.
