GP700 Service Manual The radio is composed of these function modules: LCD module, key detector module, audio power amplifier, SIM card module, Wi-Fi module, GPS module and BT module. 3.2 RF Circuit Diagram The RF circuit in the radio is integrated into the SC20 module. Signals are received and transmitted to RF module through the main antenna.
GP700 Service Manual The Wi-Fi / GPS functions are achieved by the SC20 module, and signals are received and transmitted to this module through the Wi-Fi and GNSS antennas. 3.4 Power Circuit The SC220 module is powered directly by the battery, and the power is converted and distributed by the module.

GP700 Service Manual The SC20 module processes digital voice signals for the DSP, the input voice signal “HPH_R” goes into the audio frequency amplifier NS4150, achieving the amplification and power drive of analogue voice signals.
GP700 Service Manual 3.6 SIM Card Interface Circuit SIM card data is read by the H200 module. The circuit is composed of the card clock signal SCLK, the card reset signal SRST, the card data signal SIO and the power supply detection signal PMU, for which static is avoided using a TVS (transient voltage suppressor) or ESD (electrostatic discharge) component.
GP700 Service Manual 3.8 Key Circuit (on LCD Board) Matrix keys are used. The chip AW9523B judges whether a key is pressed by scanning the level at the GPIO port. The level is processed by the AW9523B, converted into data, and sent to the SC20 module for command execution.
GP700 Service Manual 3.9 LCD Circuit (on LCD_Keyboard Board) The LCM circuit is mainly composed of a LCD screen and a LED backlight driver, the on-off control of which is achieved by a field effect transceiver. The interface level of the LCD and the SC20 module are different and converted by the UM3204Q. The circuit provides an output port for the data after processing by the H603 module.
