GP700 Service Manual The radio is composed of these function modules: LCD module, key detector module, audio power amplifier, SIM card module, Wi-Fi module, GPS module and BT module. 3.2 RF Circuit Diagram The RF circuit in the radio is integrated into the SC20 module. Signals are received and transmitted to RF module through the main antenna. -

GP700 Service Manual 3.6 SIM Card Interface Circuit SIM card data is read by the H200 module. The circuit is composed of the card clock signal SCLK, the card reset signal SRST, the card data signal SIO and the power supply detection signal PMU, for which static is avoided using a TVS (transient voltage suppressor) or ESD (electrostatic discharge) component. -

GP700 Service Manual 3.9 LCD Circuit (on LCD_Keyboard Board) The LCM circuit is mainly composed of a LCD screen and a LED backlight driver, the on-off control of which is achieved by a field effect transceiver. The interface level of the LCD and the SC20 module are different and converted by the UM3204Q. The circuit provides an output port for the data after processing by the H603 module. -
