Using the screwdriver, push the guide pins (D) firmly to release them from the top assembly (Figure 3-14). Slide the touchpad module slightly to disengage it from the bottom latches (E), and then remove the touchpad module (F) from the top assembly (Figure 3-14). Figure 3-14.
Keyboard Removal Prerequisite: Disconnect the power source, and then enter the Shipping Mode by the following SOP if the Refresh and Power keys remain work. 1. Hold the Refresh and Power keys at the same time. 2. While holding these keys, remove the power cable from the device and then release the keys.
