Mains Supply:
This television is designed to operate on 240V AC 50Hz only. Do not operate on DC power supplies or other voltages.
Before connecting this television to the mains, please read the following instructions carefully.
If the fuse cover is detachable, always replace the cover after replacing the fuse.
SAFETY INFORMATION —
| NEVER use the plug with the cover omitted.
DO NOT cut off the mains plug from this equipment. If the plug fitted is not suitable for the power points in your
home, or the cable is too short to reach a power point, then obtain an appropriate safety approved
extension lead, or consult your dealer.
if there is no alternative to cutting off the mains plug, ensure that you dispose of it immediately, having first removed the
fuse, to avoid a possible shock hazard by inadvertent connection to the mains supply.
If the receiver is not supplied fitted with a mains plug, then follow the instructions given below.
IMPORTANT
The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code: BLUE LEAD....NEUTRAL
BROWN LEAD....LIVE.
On no account connect either of these leads to the terminal marked E or — or coloured GREEN.
The appliance must be protected by a 5 Amp fuse in the plug or adaptor, or at the distribution board.
