- Page 11 ASSEMBLY • Step 5. Install Safety Rungs. Now tighten all nuts and bolts in this step.
- Page 12 ASSEMBLY • Step 6. Remove the 4 pieces of bolt 22# and put them in a safe place. Place your barbell on 43# & 44#.
- Page 13 ASSEMBLY • Step 7. Tighten bolts 20# to the approximate X distance on 45# for the barbell you are installing. Ensure equal height. Reference size: (mm) Bar Dia. 12.5 1. Assemble part 45# to 43# with bolts (22#). While locking the bolts (22#), move the bar up and down towards one end of the installation position, until the tightness is appropriate, then tighten the bolts (21#).
