    Eye safety The LumaLux Face comes with built-in cushion protection for the eye area. The mask does not aim to treat or cover the eyes for safety reasons. For your comfort, do not stare directly into the LEDs for long periods of time.
  • Page 15 HOW TO USE LUMALUX FACE? Before you first use the de- vice, charge it for 5 hours. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the (Neck/ ) outlet and connect it to a compatible USB port. Type C Charging Port Ensure the device is disconnected from the controller during charging.
  • Page 16 Connect the mask to the controller To fit the device, place over the face and tie the straps around the back of the head using the velcro pad. Adjust as necessary. The face mask comes with an inte- grated strap to secure around the back of the head. Note: For a more secure fit, secure the velcro part of the mask at the top of your head and position it higher before tightening the straps.
  • Page 17 Turn on the mask by pressing the power button on the controller for 2 seconds. The default mode is mode 1 (red, infrared + deep infrared light). Short press the mode button on the controller to change the light modes. Set mode 1- 8. Briefly press the mode button on the controller to cycle through the light modes.
  • Page 18 IMPORTANT It is recommended to have a 3-minute treatment a day and 3-5 times per week. The device can be used daily, but exceeding the treatment time of 3 minutes is not recommended. Once you have achieved your initial goal, you may reduce usage to twice a week.

    MAINTENANCE Clean the device thoroughly after each use. Use a soft cloth and water to wipe the LED mask sur- face. Avoid harsh cleaners. The device is not waterproof. Immediately dry the surface if it gets wet. Keep the device clean and sterilized at all times. For long-term storage, charge it regularly and keep it in a cool, dry place.
