RFID Printers: AEP Print Guide (4NX Series Printers)
This guide provides software instructions for printing GS1 location labels, GS1 asset labels, and non-GS1
asset labels, as well as troubleshooting tips and information for common faults.

Keypad Controls
All 4NX Series printers have the following keypad, with the main inputs to note including:

Selecting Location (GS1) Labels for Print
- Allow the printer to boot up to the default selection screen.
- Highlight RFID tag type: '1. Location GS1'
- Select this option by pressing the top-right physical button on the
printer keypad (under the arrow on the screen), or if you are using a
USB connected keyboard, press return.
- Type the physical location name using either the on-screen
keyboard, or a USB connected one.
- Confirm your input by pressing the top-right physical button on the
printer keypad (under the arrow on the screen), or if you are using a
USB connected keyboard, press return.
