Enabling the BIOS Flash Switch
Before performing the BIOS update, be sure to enable the BIOS flash switch. The
BIOS flash switch is enabled when switch 5 is set to "ON."
Follow these steps to enable the BIOS flash switch.
Make sure the system is powered off and that no peripheral devices are attached.
1.
Turn over the system and locate the memory module bay.
