If you have a problem with your computer, first review the checklist
and troubleshooting table in the previous section.
If you still have a problem, see Chapter 9, "Getting Service and

Troubleshooting
If you are using this product outside the U.S. or Canada,
What to Do
Watch the cursor on the tablet screen
rather than the tip of the pen.
If you changed screen orientation,
recalibrate your pen.
If the tip of the pen is worn and it is a
replaceable tip, replace the tip.
Make sure the component is securely
installed or connected. Verify that the
system parameter for the I/O port
configuration is set correctly in Setup.
