The power cable that came with the docking station provides power to the
docking station and the NEC Versa. Connect the docking station power
cable as follows.

2-2 Docking/Undocking the NEC Versa
Position the docking station on a flat surface close to an AC outlet.
Verify that the voltage selection switch is set correctly for your country.
Insert a pointed object, like the tip of a ball-point pen, to move the switch
to the correct setting. (The switch is set at the factory for 115 voltage.)
Attach one end of the cable to the AC power port on the docking station.
Attach the other end to a properly grounded wall outlet.
