    Implement Command System, VT1110/HT1110-6.0 & 7.5M Narrow Be Familiar with Safety Decals  Read and understand the “Safety Decals” section of the Operators Manual.  Read all instructions noted on the decals.  Keep decals clean. Replace damaged, faded and illegible decals.

    Important Safety Information Shutdown and Storage  Lower implement, put tractor in park, turn off engine, and remove the key.  Secure Hydraulic Reel Attachment using blocks and supports provided.  Detach and store Hydraulic Reel Attachment in an area where children normally do not play.

    Implement Command System, VT1110/HT1110-6.0 & 7.5M Narrow Introduction The Implement Command System has been designed with care and built by skilled workers using quality materials. Proper setup, maintenance, safe operating practices will help the customer get years of satisfactory use from this system.
  • Page 7 Assembly Assembly Implement Command System  NOTE: For parts reference refer to parts breakdown on page 16 to page 23 of this manual. For in-field conversions to ICS, also refer to the most recent parts manual for comparison between existing and new ICS layouts.
  • Page 8 Implement Command System, VT1110/HT1110-6.0 & 7.5M Narrow Refer to Figure 5 The cylinder that is located on the hitch will be connected to the FAS1wire on the harness. The harness will run under the cylinder, thru the “ears” that connect to the H-bracket and towards the center frame.
  • Page 9 Assembly Refer to Figure 7 The Down Pressure Valve (1) (for the wing down pressure) is plugged into DPT1, DPT3, and DPC1, on the frame harness. The Down Pressure Valve (2) (for the finisher down pressure) is plugged into Finisher DPT1, Finisher DPT3, Finisher and DPC1, on the frame harness.
  • Page 10 Implement Command System, VT1110/HT1110-6.0 & 7.5M Narrow Refer to Figure 8 The Splitter Valve is attached on the right hand side of the center brace bar. The Splitter valve is attached to SVC1 and SVC2 on the center frame harness.
  • Page 11 Assembly Refer to Figure 10 The wiring will follow the hydraulic hoses that are hooked to the torque tube cylinder secured with p-clamps. After all the connections are made, extra wire can be bundled up and secured together with a zip tie to keep from getting damaged.

    Implement Command System, VT1110/HT1110-6.0 & 7.5M Narrow Operation Implement Command System Refer to Figure 13 This system allows you to monitor and adjust Hydraulic Down Pressure on the wings and finisher and Working Depth from an ISOBUS Virtual Terminal. You can also monitor Gang Angle, Fore & Aft leveling, these must be adjusted by using the hydraulic lever in the tractor.

  • Page 15 Operation Increase Pressure Wing Down Decrease Pressure Pressure Figure 16 TP-69755c 5-Section Screen - Down Pressure Hydraulic Down Pressure (wings) 3-Section Wings Refer to Figure 16 On a 3 section machine if you want to run 0 down pressure you just set the fold hydraulic circuit detent into The down pressure is active and can be increased or the float position allowing the wings to move while not decreased, on the go through the field.

    Implement Command System, VT1110/HT1110-6.0 & 7.5M Narrow Manual override Depth control valve Refer to Figure 17 Push knurled button in and turn ¼ turn on coil DCC1, this will cause the button to pop out and then you can adjust your depth with the manual depth valve.
  • Page 17 Operation Finisher Reel – upper valve Refer to Figure 19 To override the finisher down pressure valve you need to adjust the 3/16” alen screw in, Engage SCV then start to dial up the pressure, watch gauges *DO NOT* exceed 900psi, frame damage could occur.
