Unique Programming for Digital Pager Message Notification

Set up the system-wide options that apply to the digital pager callback number.

In 4202-08: Digital Pager Callback Number (page 877), set the Digital Pager Callback Number portion
of the Message Notification callout number for a digital pager.
- This is the portion of the callout number that is appended to the pager service telephone number.
