    LIGHT SENSITIVITY TEST Recommended before use To determine if you are light sensitive, please follow the instructions below. A light sensitivity test allows you to test a small, less sensitive area of skin such as the forearm to monitor any reaction. Connect the mask into the controller and power on.
  • Page 15 HOW TO USE LUMALUX FACE+? Before you first use the device, charge it for 5 hours. Plug the USB Type-C cable into the controller (Neck/ ) and connect to a compatible USB Port. 2. Ensure the face or neck device is disconnected from the controller during Type C charging.
  • Page 16 To fit the device, place over the face and tie the straps around the back of the head using the velcro pad. Adjust as necessary. The face mask comes with an integrated strap to secure around the back of the head. Note: For a more secure fit, secure the velcro part of the mask at the top of your head and position it higher before tightening the straps.
  • Page 17 Turn on the mask by pressing the power button on the controller for 2 seconds. The default mode is mode 1 (red, infrared + deep infrared light). Short press the mode button on the controller to change the light modes. Set mode 1- 8. Briefly press the mode button on the controller to cycle through the light modes.

  • Page 19 IMPORTANT It is recommended to have a 3-minute treatment a day and 3-5 times per week. The device can be used daily, but exceeding the treatment time of 3 minutes is not recommended. Once you have achieved your initial goal, you may reduce usage to twice a week.

    TEST DE SENSIBILITÉ À LA LUMIÈRE Recommandé avant utilisation Pour déterminer si vous êtes sensible à la lumière, veuillez suivre les instructions ci-dessous. Un test de sensibilité à la lumière vous permet de tester une petite zone de peau moins sensible, comme l’avant-bras, afin de surveiller toute réaction.
