Eye Care Recommendations
To prevent eye strain and discomfort in your neck, arms, back, or shoulders from prolonged use of the monitor, please follow these guidelines:
- Position the monitor approximately 50–70 cm from your eyes.
- Blink more frequently to keep your eyes moisturized during extended use.
- Take a 20-minute break for every two hours of monitor use.
- During breaks, focus on a distant object (at least 20 seconds or more).
- Stretch your neck, arms, back, and shoulders to relieve tension during breaks.
Low Blue Light Mode
This monitor is equipped with a blue light reduction feature, which helps minimize eye strain caused by blue light exposure. You can enable the low blue light mode from the monitor's settings menu (note: monitor must support this function).

Troubleshooting (FAQ)
Problem / Failure | Possible Solution |
The power LED does not turn on. | - Ensure the monitor is powered on.
- Check that the power cord is properly connected.

Plug-and-Play is not working. | - Confirm that the PC supports Plug-and-Play.
- Check if the 15-pin D-connector of the signal cable is properly connected and not bent.

The image is dim. | - Adjust the brightness and contrast settings.
|
The image appears jerky or has moiré patterns. | - There may be nearby electrical interference. Try moving any electronic devices away from the monitor.

The power LED is on or flashing, but there is no image. | - Ensure the PC is powered on.
- Verify that the PC's graphics card is properly installed.
- Check if the monitor's signal cable is securely connected to the PC.
- Inspect the signal cable connector to ensure the pins are not bent.
- Press the [Caps Lock] key on the keyboard and observe the power LED to determine if the PC is functioning.

Some colors are missing (red/green/blue). | - Check the signal cable to ensure the pins are not bent.

The image is off-center or not the correct size. | - Press the [E] key to activate the AUTO (automatic image adjustment) function.

The image has chromatic aberration (white doesn't appear white). | - Adjust the RGB color settings or change the color temperature.

The image or text is blurry when using VGA. | - Press the [E] key to activate the automatic image adjustment function.

There is color deviation when using VGA. | - In the OSD menu, select "Auto Calibrate Color" on the white output screen to calibrate the colors.

Wall Mount Kit Specifications (VESA)
- Install your wall mount on a solid wall, perpendicular to the floor. If attaching the wall mount to surfaces other than plasterboard, consult your nearest dealer for further advice. Installing the product on a slanted wall may result in serious personal injury. KOORUI wall mount kits include a detailed installation manual and all necessary assembly parts.
- Do not use screws longer than the standard length or that do not meet VESA standard screw specifications. Overly long screws may damage the interior of the product.
- When mounting with screws that do not match the specifications of the product, installation may become difficult.
- For wall mounts that are not compliant with VESA standard screw specifications, screw lengths may vary depending on the wall mount.
- Do not overtighten screws, as this may damage the product or cause it to fall, potentially resulting in personal injury. KOORUI is not responsible for accidents caused by improper installation.
- KOORUI is not liable for product damage or personal injury caused by the use of non-VESA or non-specified wall mounts, or if the consumer fails to follow the provided installation instructions.
- Do not tilt the product more than 15 degrees.
- Standard dimensions for wall mount kits are outlined in the table below.

Do not install the Wall Mount Kit while the product is powered on. This may result in electric shock and personal injury.

Note: If you are connecting external devices to this product, ensure that good quality, shielded cables are used. This ensures electromagnetic compatibility between the product and the connected devices. - This product is intended for use only as a monitor. For sound, external headphones or speakers (with their own power supply) are required. Any other use may be hazardous and voids the warranty.
- For indoor use only. Do not use the product outdoors.

- Only use the product under normal room temperature and humidity conditions.

Additional Warnings
- This product is only suitable for use at moderate altitudes. Do not use it in tropical or humid climates.
- Do not move the product from cold to warm areas quickly, as condensation may form and damage the electronics.
- Only use attachments or accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
- Ensure sufficient ventilation (minimum 10 cm around the product). Do not place the monitor in enclosed areas like bookcases or built-in cabinets.
- Avoid blocking ventilation openings with items such as curtains, tablecloths, or newspapers.
- Do not place the product near heat sources (radiators, stoves, or other equipment that generates heat, including amplifiers).
- Do not shift or move the product while it is powered on.
- Avoid using sharp objects to push or rub the surface of the product.

To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this product to rain or moisture. - The product should not be exposed to liquids. Do not place objects filled with liquids, such as vases, on the product.
- Avoid placing items like lighted candles on the product.
- If the product is damaged, unplug it and contact an authorized service agent for repair. Do not attempt to repair it yourself.
- For household use only.
Power and Electrical Safety
- Before connecting the product to a socket, ensure that the voltage corresponds to your local power supply.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified service agent to avoid hazards.
- Regularly check if the power cord or plug is defective. If so, unplug it immediately and do not use the product.
- Always use a power cord of appropriate length and keep it out of reach of children.
- Never pull the power cord by the cable; grip the plug itself.
- The product must be connected to a grounded power outlet (Class I equipment).
- Even when powered off, the product is not disconnected from the AC outlet until the plug is physically removed.
