    User manual N410-P INTRODUCTION SYSTEM DESCRIPTION The batch controller model N410-P is a microprocessor-driven instrument designed for batching and filling of small and large quantities. Fig. 1: The N410-P This manual describes the daily use, configuration and installation of the N410-P with pulse input from a flow meter.

    N410-P User manual ● Modbus communication. Configuration The N410-P can be used for many types of application and has a SETUP mode to allow for configuring it to your requirements. See for further information. Section 5: Configuration [»13] All settings are stored in an EEPROM memory so they will not be lost if there is a power failure. Power supply The N410-P may be powered from a 24 V DC source or from mains (110 - 230 V AC).

Also, to accept alarms. OPERATOR INFORMATION AND FUNCTIONS The default mode of the N410-P is the OPERATOR mode.

    N410-P User manual Once the PRESET value is reached, the outputs are switched off and the batch process is ended. A new batch can be started with the same PRESET quantity, or a new PRESET value can be set. Tank fill symbol The batch process can be visualized with the tank fill symbol.

    User manual N410-P Clear total Total cannot be reset during batching. This function might not be available due to configuration settings. Total can be reset by selecting TOTAL and then RESET. The text “PUSH RESET” will be shown. To avoid a reset, press another key than RESET or wait for 20 seconds. When RESET is pressed again, the value of Total will be cleared to zero.

Alarm When terminal 12 (Alarm) is connected to ground (terminal 8), a running batch will be interrupted immediately, and the process is blocked until the alarm status is reset.
