Check for foreign objects in the water reservoir. Filling the boiler up to its appropriate water level requires a lot of water. Please make sure water is filled up to the guide line on first use.

Cleaning drip tray Take both hands to grip the ends of drip tray then slowly pull the drip tray forwards away from machine.

Preheat well for over 30 minutes, turn off the machine, and turn the brew lever upto remove any water left in the heat exchange chamber 2. Open the steam valve fully for over 10 minutes until any leftover boiler pressure is fully removed.
