Read the safety instructions carefully (see section “Safety instructions”). 14.1 Special safety for earth drilling machines Do not work alone; someone must be nearby in case of emergencies. Make sure that there are no children or other people in the working area of the machine. Watch out for animals.

COMMISSIONING Do not place or lay the hot machine on dry grass or on flammable objects –Fire hazard! When carrying out any work on the machine, always switch off the engine, pull the spark plug connector and wear protective gloves. The earth drill may only be started after it has been completely assembled and tested.

Clean the air filter approximately every 10 - 20 hours of operation.
