WELD TEST STATION
1
Install (4) Total-Lock Caster Wheels
into Side Frame as shown.
CASTER WHEELS - P/N 4TLCW
SIDE FRAME - P/N 730-011

Align upper Side Frame and Table Top
holes as shown and install using
1/4" x 2" bolts and corresponding nuts
& washers. Repeat for opposite side.
UPPER SIDE FRAME - P/N 730-013

Bolt Crosstube to Side Frame using
1/4" x 3/4" bolts and washers. Repeat
for opposite side.

REMOVE
EMBLEM
Install upper Back Frame to upper Side
Frames using 1/4" x 2" bolts with corresponding
nuts & washers. Remove emblem from upper
back frame. Fully tighten all hardware.
UPPER BACK FRAME - P/N 730-014

Lay cart flat as shown. Install Top Shelf
to Crosstube using 1/4" x 3/4" bolts
and washers. Repeat for opposite
crosstube and lower shelf.

Note: Smaller wire on top side of shelf
