INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Automatic Temperature Regulator
The thermostat is integrated into the electrical cable, which we can separate from the device. Its regulation is from 0°C to 240°C with a selector from 1 to 5, allowing you to choose the ideal temperature for each meal, guaranteeing an optimal result of high quality and very high nutritional properties of the products.
Depending on the type of food to be prepared, the temperature is selected.
Once the desired temperature is reached, the thermostat light automatically turns off, as well as turns on again when it drops.
Correct use
- Before each use, carefully clean the iron and the lid of the appliance.
For ignition
- Place the temperature indicator in position "0" and place the temperature regulator plug in the socket.
![]()
If the temperature regulator is not plugged in correctly, abnormal heating may occur, which may cause damage to the appliance and even accidents. Therefore, make sure that the temperature regulator is firmly plugged in all the way. - Place the plug in the mains socket.
- The temperature scale has five positions, selectable according to the type of food.
How to start cooking?
- On first use you should let the unit warm up for about 5 minutes. The control lamp will turn on and off several times in that period of time.
- During the first use, some abnormal smells may appear, please do not worry. It is not harmful to health. Heating the protective resin that comes from the factory usually generates these odors, but they disappear after a few minutes.
- Do not touch the base of the appliance. Move and handle the saucepan only by the heat-resistant handles.
- With PIZZA PAN ORBEGOZO you can now start enjoying tasty meals, cooked with very little fat for a healthy diet and to optimize your well-being.
- The glass lid should be used on all occasions, as it is not only heat resistant, but also distributes heat across the top, performing a "baking" function, in addition to leaving the food crispy.
- The glass lid allows you to check the cooking progress of the food, without odors or splashes.
- The lid has a valve for the escape of evaporated water, preventing the food from being cooked with unwanted liquids, but rather making it more tender and juicy.
- When the food is ready, set the temperature regulator back to "0". If you want to keep food warm, lower it to position "1".
- Before serving, set the temperature regulator back to "0".
- Unplug the plug and thermostat from the pan. You can then serve the food on the table in the same container.
Attention: First remove the plug from the mains socket. Secondly, carefully remove the thermostat (the other end of the cable) from the socket integrated into the base of the appliance. When it cools, wipe the inside of the plug with a clean, dry cloth.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE NON-STICK SURFACE
The frying pan's surface has a top-quality non-stick coating on which absolutely nothing will stick. To preserve its properties, the following precautions must be taken.
- Do not use metal spatulas. We recommend you use wooden or plastic utensils.
- If you have to cut hot or cold meat, or fish, we recommend you take the food out of the frying pan and cut it on a board.
- Make sure that neither the power cord nor the thermostat rest on or rub against the frying pan.
- Do not use nylon or metal brushes to clean the frying pan.
- The frying pan should be cleaned each time after use. Wait until it has cooked to a suitable temperature and use a clean, dry cloth. We recommend you use paper kitchen towels.
