  • Page 4 Designed and manufactured by Agriweld in Great Britain, it has several main uses; The transport box is capable of holding an additional 500kg of ballast for the tractor front end as an option to assist in utilising the full power of the tractor whilst in the field and balance the tractor whilst moving heavier loads on the public highway.

    Special Safety Instructions Take extra care when connecting or disconnecting the transport box to/from the tractor. Be aware of what is under the transport box (such as your feet) before dropping it off. Do not work under a suspended load.

Ensure that all LED’s are working, and the transport box lid is fastened closed prior to driving on the highway. Use a LOLER certified forklift truck to pick up the transport box so that the bolster attachment hooks (1) can be located over the tractor’s tombstone/weight carrier.   • Page 29 The optional bumper bar item is available for both standard and close coupled models. It protects the front of the transport box, name plate and any associated lighting options installed. When painted in a contrasting colour it adds to the aesthetic appeal of the transport box.

  • Page 31 Stamp Image 1 This optional addition to your transport box allows the user to attach and fix a load (max weight 160kgs) to the front of your transport box whilst mounted to a tractor front linkage only. The option is not available on bolster fitting transport boxes.
  • Page 32 This option is mainly intended for bolster mounted options as the headlights need to be hard wired into the tractor for full and correct function and would be inconvenient to disconnect if the transport box is to be taken on and off a front linkage regularly.

Please see previous page. The position is adjustable via a threaded bolt extending though the slotted profile that can be tightened using an M12 plain nut with washer spaces above, if desired.
  • Page 34 CONNECTING THE FACE PLATE LEDS TO THE TRACTOR The transport boxes are fitted with amber side marker lights as standard, together with a universal 7- pin trailer plug for easy connection to your tractor electrical supply. Please check that your LEDs are working correctly before use in the dark and especially when in use on public roads.
  • Page 38 Manufacturer’s Warranty/Guarantee Your Agriweld transport box is covered for a period of 12 months from the date of dispatch (which is recorded on our files) against faulty components and/or bad workmanship. Guarantees for overseas orders will begin when the product reaches its delivery destination as advised on the delivery/collection paperwork.
