IT IS FORBIDDEN THE USE OF THE LIFT TO PERSONS NOT TRAINED AND NOT AUTHORIZED TO LEAVE THE LIFT WITH PERSON ON BOARD TO CARRY AND / OR LIFT THINGS OR ANIMALS TO TRANSIT AND USE THE LIFT IN THE PRESENCE OF STEPS, ROUGHNESS, BRITTLE AND INCLINED FLOORS.

The personal safety devices are equipment designed to be worn by the worker to protect him against specific risks than can arise due to the type of working effected.

    Swimming Pool Lift DEVICE INSTALLATION i-swim3 MODEL HANDLING Handling of the packed lift must be effected through manual forklift, forklift, etc. The equipment used for safe movement and handling must be of adequate capacity. PERSONNEL EMPLOYED FOR HANDLING MUST WEAR: SAFETY SHOES WITH IRON TOE AND ANTI-SLIP SOLE.

    Swimming Pool Lift DEVICE INSTALLATION i-swim3 MODEL POSITIONING The lift is provided in parts to be assembled according to the following instructions. For the assembly of the parts is necessary the presence of two operators. Personnel employed for opening the package must wear: safety shoes with iron toe and anti-slip sole and suitable gloves.
  • Page 21 Swimming Pool Lift DEVICE INSTALLATION i-swim3 MODEL Drilling and installation of the bushing The drilling and positioning measurements are given in figure “B”. 1. Drill out with a Ø100 core bit to a depth of around 170mm. 2. Then remove the plug and prepare the hole for the installation of the bushing, cleaning off any debris.
  • Page 22 Swimming Pool Lift DEVICE INSTALLATION i-swim3 MODEL Warnings Once the cement has cured, the cap must be removed in order to install the lifter; this is performed by pulling it via the dedicated screw/knob. It is advisable to replace the cap whenever the lifter is not in position, in order to prevent infiltration of dirt or foreign bodies.
  • Page 23 Swimming Pool Lift DEVICE INSTALLATION i-swim3 MODEL Provision for fastening of the foot (optional) The foot of the lifter is equipped with two fastening holes which prevent rotation inside the bushing. The fastening operation is optional, depending on user requirements.

    Swimming Pool Lift DEVICE i-swim3 MODEL CONTROL PANEL AND REMOTE CONTROL On the machine are present: A. remote control for lifting / lowering and rotation of the user's location. The remote control is used directly by the person sitting on the machine or by an eventual assisstant.
  • Page 31 Swimming Pool Lift DEVICE i-swim3 MODEL In normal operation the display shows the remaining DISPLAY battery power. If the emergency button (1) is pressed, the orange LED (2) STOP warning light will come on and the machine will stop. The emergency stop button can be pressed only by an assistant and / or a supervision operator.

    Swimming Pool Lift DEVICE i-swim3 MODEL USE DESCRIPTION AS REGARDS THE NOMENCLATURE OF THE LIFT PLEASE REFER TO CHAPTER 2.1 OF THIS MANUAL. The user must reach the poolside by means of his wheelchair and position himself close to the lift.

From the control panel, with the rotation control, position the seat perpendicular to the pool side. With the lowering button, proceed to the lowering until the immersion in water.
  • Page 35 MODEL For the raising from the pool, the user must proceed by reversing the operations described above. THE SEAT AS SUPPLIED BY AUTOLIFT SRL IS EQUIPPED WITH HOLES FOR WATER DRAINAGE MADE IN SUCH WAY NOT TO AFFECT ITS STRENGTH.

    Swimming Pool Lift DEVICE CLEANING i-swim3 MODEL The lift must be manually cleaned with a cloth moistened with mild detergent (such as multi-purpose sanitizing environmental Amuchina HACCP) and then rinsed off with a cloth moistened with water. DO NOT USE AGGRESSIVE DETERGENT.

    Swimming Pool Lift DEVICE MAINTENANCE i-swim3 MODEL ALL THE ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY PROPER SPECIALIZED TECHNICIANS (SEE CHAPTER 1.4). BEFORE ANY OPERATIONS ARE PERFORMED ON THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS AND ELECTRICALLY OPERATED MOVING PARTS, THE BATTERY MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE CONTROL UNIT. A SIGN MUST THEN BE APPLIED TO WARN THAT THE MACHINE IS UNDERGOING MAINTENANCE.
