    Battery Charging We recommend that you start charging your battery before beginning assembly of your vehicle. Your new battery must be charged for at least 18 hours before you use your vehicle for the first time. WARNING • The battery must be handled by adults only. The battery is heavy and contains sulfuric acid (electrolyte).

    Assembly • Tap the cap nut with a hammer to secure it on the end of the axle. Pull up on the wheel to make sure the cap Groove nut is secure on the end of the axle. • Repeat this procedure at the other end of the steering Pivot linkage to assemble the other front wheel.
