    Get to know your device Overview This wireless USB adapter U12 is used to set up a high-speed WiFi connection between a computer and a wireless router, regardless of whether the computer has a wireless connection functionality. • Support the speed of up to 867 Mbps (5 GHz) + 400 Mbps (2.4 GHz).

Press the button for 1 to 3 seconds to pair up with another WPS button device, such as a router or an AP. If the wireless USB adapter works abnormally, please ensure that the wireless USB adapter is in good connection and the wireless USB adapter program has been installed successfully, or check whether the WiFi is enabled on the UI of the wireless USB adapter.

    Install the device The wireless USB adapter is compatible with Windows 11/10/8.1/8/7/XP, Linux and Mac 10.9-10.15 operating systems. You can install the wireless USB adapter simply by performing two steps: Connect the wireless USB adapter to your computer, Install the program.

    Connect to a WiFi network Overview After the wireless adapter is installed successfully, you will be directed to the UI of the wireless USB adapter. You can refresh and connect the wireless USB adapter to a WiFi network, or check the WiFi information here.
