3.4 Setting the grill timer

You can set the appliance to switch o automatically after the desired time. The grill timer

can be set to a maximum of 30 minutes.

Turn the 'Timer dial' to the desired time.

When the time has elapsed, an acoustic signal sounds and the appliance automati-
cally switches to standby mode.
3.5 Tips for preparation
•
Small and thin foods require a lower temperature than larger foods.
•
High temperatures are particularly suitable for meat.
•
A meat thickness of 1-3 cm is recommended. Recommended cuts of meat are
Beef: roast beef, rump steak, llet
Pork: neck steaks, llet, goulash
Lamb: rump steak, llet, loin, chop, goulash
•
Avoid grilling pieces of meat with thick bones (e.g. T-bone steaks). Remove the
bone before grilling.
•
It is best to use grill tongs for meat and a spatula for sh, as cooked sh disintegra-
tes easily.
