    2. Troubleshooting Follow the troubleshooting guide when errors occur during the charging process.Make sure the EVSE is connected to the Internet, then contact the EVSE owner/operator for further instructions. Note: The EVSE must be connect to the Internet for remote diagnostics and upgrades.

    4. Zerova Limited Warranty Agreement (Parts Only) Warranty Coverage: • The warranty period for all Zerova EV chargers is two years (parts only) from the invoice date. A two- month grace period is provided for all shipments direct from Asia to the location designated by the reseller.
