Removing Memory DIMMs

This section explains how to remove DIMM cards from your workstation. Please refer to
the subsequent "Memory Configuration" section for the proper sequencing of DIMM cards
in the system board's memory slots.
Here is the procedure for removing DIMM cards from your workstation:
1. Complete the procedure in the section "Removing the Front Bezel and Top Cover"
found in this chapter.
2. Press downward on the tabs that are located on both ends of the memory card slots. See
Figure 1-3.

3. Grasp both edges of the DIMM card and lift it out of the memory slot. See Figure 1-4.
