Selecting Roll Paper Cutting Options

You can have the printer cut each page automatically, or you can cut the paper yourself by
pressing the z roll paper button after printing one or more print jobs. Follow the instructions
in one of these sections:
If you're printing from your computer, see "Printing on Roll Paper" on page 63.
If you're using your printer without a computer, follow the instructions below.
Note: If the printer doesn't cut the roll paper at the correct position between your
photos, you can adjust it for a more exact cut. See "Aligning the Cutter" on
page 90.

These settings are saved until you change them—even if you turn off the printer, choose a
different layout, or select a new set of photos for printing.
Note: If you've set up the printer to cut your photos automatically, you should
select High or Super High as your print quality for best results (see page 28).

Removing Roll Paper From the Printer

When your last print job is done printing, press the z roll paper button to cut and eject the
last page.
If you want to continue printing, you don't have to do anything special. Just select your photo
and layout options as usual, and begin printing. The roll paper is positioned automatically for
your next print job.
