Curtis ThermoPro Coffee Brewer Instructions
Brewing Amounts and Co2ee Measurements (1:17 Ratio)
• Small (Half Gallon = 64 ounces): 3.0 ounces of ground co0ee
• Medium (Gallon = 128 ounces): 7.0 ounces of ground co0ee
• Large (1.5 Gallons = 192 ounces): 10.5 ounces of ground co0ee
Step-by-Step Brewing Instructions
1. Prepare the Brewer:
• Ensure the brewer is plugged in and turned on.
• Make sure the digital screen says, "Ready to Brew".
2. Grind the CoHee:
• Weigh out the correct amount of co0ee beans according to the brewing amounts
chart above.
• Grind 4 ounces of co0ee beans at a time (# 8 on the grinder) into the larger clear
container. Shake out any excess co0ee grounds from grinder using the handle.
3. Prepare the Filter Basket:
• Place a co0ee filter in the brew basket.
• Add the ground co0ee to the filter, spreading it evenly.
4. Start the Brewing Process:
• Insert the new basket into the brewer.
• Place clean carafe under the brew basket.
• Press and hold the corresponding button for the desired brewing amount until you
hear the machine click and begin brewing: Small, Medium, or Large.
5. Wait for Brewing to Complete & Serve the CoHee:
• The brewer will automatically stop once the brewing cycle is complete.
• Carefully remove the carafe and put the rubber cover over the opening of the carafe.
• Grab a drip tray and place in the base of the carafe stand when served.
6. Clean Up:
• Dispose of the used co0ee grounds and filter.
• Rinse and clean the brew basket.
• When finished serving co0ee, wash the carafes with dish soap and rinse thoroughly.
leave the top unscrewed and out on the counter, allowing it to dry out.
