SECURING EQUIPMENT The machine has holes in the feet, which allow for ease in anchoring to the floor. Spirit Fitness strongly recommends that to eliminate rocking, tipping or falling over due to incorrect usage and misuse, equipment be secured to a solid, level surface. -
