    1 前書きと一般注意事項 前書きと一般注意事項 安全上のご注意 (1) 安全に関する警告表示 本書では，人身傷害や機器損害を未然に防ぐために守っていただきたい事項を， 以下のシグナル用語を使用して説明しています。誤った使い方をしたときに生じ る危害や損害の程度をシグナル用語で区分しています。安全に関する重要な内容 を記載しておりますので，必ず守っていただくようお願いいたします。 危険 回避しないと，死亡または重傷，火災をほぼ確実に招く差し迫った危険な状況を示しま す。 警告 回避しないと，死亡または重傷，火災を招くおそれがある危険な状況を示します。 注意 回避しないと，中程度の傷害または軽傷，火災を招くおそれがある危険な状況を示しま す。 通知 回避しないと，物的損害を引き起こすおそれがある危険な状況を示します。 (2) 安全のために必ずお守りください (a) 全般的な注意事項 警告 製品を安全にお使いいただくために，本書を必ずお読みください。 本書をお手元に保管していただくとともに，最終的に製品をご使用になるユーザー様の お手元に確実に届けられるよう，お取り計らい願います。 熟練した技術者が，適切な設置を行ってください。 感電，けがのおそれがあります。 機械を接続して運転を始める場合は，いつでも非常停止できる状態にしてください。 けがのおそれがあります。 運転中に瞬時停電が発生し，その後復帰した場合，突然再始動することがありますので 機械に近寄らないでください。再始動しても人に対する安全が確保できる対策を行って ください。 けがのおそれがあります。...

  • Page 7 1 前書きと一般注意事項 通知 コネクタ部分に衝撃を加えないでください。 接続不良や故障のおそれがあります。 梱包用木質材料（木枠，合板，パレットなど含む）の消毒・除虫が必要な場合は，必ず くん蒸以外の方法を採用してください。例：熱処理（材心温度56°C以上で30分間以 上）また，梱包後に全体を処理する方法ではなく，梱包前の材料の段階で処理してくだ さい。 くん蒸処理をした木質材料にて電気製品（単体あるいは機械などに搭載したもの）を梱 包した場合，そこから発生するガスや蒸気により電子部品が致命的なダメージを受ける ことがあります。特にハロゲン系消毒剤（フッ素・塩素・臭素・ヨウ素など）はコンデ ンサ内部の腐食の原因となります。 (c) 据付時の注意事項 注意 製品は規定された方向に取り付けてください。 火災，故障のおそれがあります。 製品の上に乗ったり，重量物を載せたりしないでください。 故障，破損，けがのおそれがあります。 製品の内部に異物が入らないようにしてください。 故障のおそれがあります。 通知 以下のような環境に，保管および設置してください。 • 直射日光が当たらない場所 • 周囲温度が製品仕様を超えない場所 • 相対湿度が製品仕様を超えない場所 • 温度の急激な変化による結露が発生しない場所 • 腐食性ガス，可燃性ガスがない場所 • 可燃物が近くにない場所 • ちり，ほこり，塩分，金属粉が少ない場所 • 水，油，薬品などがかからない場所 •...
  • Page 8 1 前書きと一般注意事項 (d) 配線時の注意事項 警告 通電中に配線を変更しないでください。 感電，けがのおそれがあります。 注意 配線を正しく確実に行ってください。 モータの暴走，けが，故障のおそれがあります。 指定された電源電圧で使用してください。 火災，故障のおそれがあります。 電源事情が悪い場所では，入力電源を所定の電圧変動範囲内で供給できる状態で使用し てください。 機器破損のおそれがあります。 以下のような場所で使用する際は，それぞれ遮へい対策を十分に施してください。 • 静電気などによるノイズが発生する場所 • 強い電界や磁界の生じる場所 • 放射能を被ばくするおそれのある場所 • 電源線が近くを通る場所 機器破損のおそれがあります。 以下の事項を考慮して，製品と外部機器をつなぐ入出力信号線（外部配線）を選定して ください。 • 機械的強度 • ノイズの影響 • 配線距離 • 信号電圧 DC24 V電源は，必ず入力(AC)側でオン／オフするような配線にしてください。 DC24 V電源の出力(DC)側で電源をオン／オフすると，故障のおそれがあります。 通知 配線時は，当社指定のケーブルを使用してください。当社指定外のケーブルをご使用に...
  • Page 9 1 前書きと一般注意事項 (e) 動作時の注意事項 警告 機械に取り付けて運転を始める前に，その機械に合わせたスイッチやパラメータの設定 を行ってください。 設定を行わずに運転すると，機械の予期しない動作や故障，人身事故が発生するおそれ があります。 注意 製品に対応したユーザーズマニュアルに記載された手順・指示に従って，運転および試 運転を行ってください。 サーボモータと機械を接続した状態での誤操作は，機械の破損ばかりでなく，場合に よっては人身事故に至ります。 以下のような状態が発生してもシステム全体の安全を確保できるように，製品の外部で インターロック信号などの安全回路を施してください。 • 製品の故障，または外部要因による異常が発生した状態 • 製品が自己診断機能で異常を検出して運転を停止した状態 • 製品の内部回路の破損により，製品の出力がオンまたはオフになったままの状態 • 製品のDC24 V出力が，過負荷の状態または短絡されて電圧が低下した状態 • 製品の自己診断機能では検出できない電源部や入出力部，メモリなどの異常によ り，意図しない出力となった状態 けが，機器破損，焼損のおそれがあります。 通電中にケーブルの抜差しはしないでください。 けが，機器破損，焼損のおそれがあります。 本製品の外部DC24 V電源をオンにした後（PWR2ランプが点灯した後）に，Σ-LINK II マスタおよびΣ-LINK II周辺機器に接続する機器の電源をオンにしてください。 機械の予期しない動作・故障，けがのおそれがあります。 (f) 保守・点検時の注意事項 注意 通電中は，配線を変更しないでください。...

    5 配線 電源ケーブル（外部DC24 V電源接続端子）の接続手 順 外部DC24 V電源接続端子は，線サイズAWG28∼AWG14（0.08 mm ∼2 mm ）の 電線を接続できます。ただし，Σ-LINK II機器の入力電圧が低下するため，太い電 線（AWG16∼AWG14（1.25 mm ∼2 mm ））で短く配線することを推奨しま す。また，ツイストペア線を使用してください。 電磁ノイズによるΣ-LINK II通信への影響を低減するため，本ケーブルにコア （TDK㈱製ZCAT3035-1330または相当品，3ターン）を取り付けることを推奨し ます。 外部DC24 V電源接続端子は脱着可能なコネクタです。電源ケーブルの接続手順を 以下に示します。 電線の被覆をはがします。 電線の先端から8 mm∼9 mmほど被覆をはがし，導体を露出させてくだ さい。 電線をクランプします。 導体をプラグの奥まで十分に差し込み，しっかりとクランプしてくださ い。...

    7 海外規格への適合 海外規格への適合 EMC指令への適合条件 EMC認定試験での設置条件を以下に示します。 ここで記載しているEMC設置条件は，当社で受けた試験条件でクリアしたもので あり，実際の装置の構成，配線状態，その他の条件によりEMCレベルは変動しま す。本製品は組込み用機器であるため，EMC対策を実施したお客様の最終機械で の確認が必要となります。 適合規格はEN55011 group 1 class A， EN61000-6-2，EN61000-6-4， EN61800-3 (Category C2, Second environment)です。 警告 住宅環境では，本製品が電波障害を引き起こす可能性があり，そのような場合は補助的 な緩和策が必要となります。 注意 本製品は，住宅環境での使用を意図したものではないため，そのような環境では電波受 信に対する適切な保護を得られない可能性があります。...

However, when the specifications of the external devices connected to the sensor hub match the power supplied by the booster unit, the external devices can also be operated using the 24-VDC power output from the booster unit through the Σ-LINK II cable as shown by the dashed line in the previous figure.
