Your SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card is a small
rectangular plastic card that stores your phone number
and other important information. Do not bend or
scratch your SIM card. Avoid exposing your SIM card
to static electricity, water or dirt. If your SIM card is
lost or damaged while in the U.S., please dial
from your Verizon Wireless device or 1-800-922-0204
from any phone to speak with a Customer Service
Representative. From outside of the U.S., please refer
to the Verizon Wireless Global Support Guide,
welcome letter and calling card that came with your
device. This will enable you to make calls toll free from
landlines in most countries where we offer Global
Phone service.
