Open the app on your old phone and synchronize data with the device. On the old mobile phone, go to Profile > Amazfit Band 7 page and tap the Unpair button at the bottom to unbind. If it is an iPhone, after unbinding in the app, you need to unpair the phone and device as well.

Device system update Keep the device connected to your phone, open the Zepp app, go to Profile > Amazfit Band 7 > System Update to view or update the system of your device.

Find the band Keep the device connected to your phone, open the Zepp app, go to Profile > Amazfit Band 7 > Find Band. Then, the device will vibrate. Watch faces Watch face compilations Some watch faces support editing. With compilations, you can view steps, calories, weather, and other information, and edit the information as needed.

Notifications and reminder of the Zepp app. Incoming call alerts To enable this feature, open the Zepp app, and go to Profile > Amazfit Band 7 > App Settings > Notification and reminder>Incoming call. Once the feature is enabled, and while the device and phone are connected, the device will display a prompt when the phone receives a call, and you can ignore or hang up the call on the device.

Start a workout After entering the workout preparation page, for the workouts that require positioning, the device will automatically search for a GPS signal by connecting to the phone. We recommend that you tap the GO button to start the workout after a successful GPS positioning, which can improve the accuracy of workout data calculation.

Distance reminder The device vibrates and displays the duration that you use for each full kilometer/mile during the workout. Go to Workout Mode > Workout Settings > Workout Alerts > Distance, set a target distance, and enable or disable this feature. Safe heart rate reminder During a workout, if the device detects that your heart rate exceeds the safe heart rate value you have set, it will vibrate and display a message on the screen.

Recalibrate In the treadmill workout mode, you need to calibrate according to the actual distance after each exercise. Calibration with a distance greater than 0.5 km allows the watch to learn your running habits. After multiple calibrations, the watch will record the distance more and more accurately.

Workout GPS positioning If you select Outdoor workouts, wait until GPS positioning is successful on the workout preparation screen. Then, tap GO to begin the workout. This allows the device to the record complete workout data and prevents data inaccuracy due to workout tracking loss. Positioning instruction: Keep the device connected to the Zepp app, and grant the app the location permission.

Physical indicators for workouts The device provides a variety of physical indicators for workouts. You can use evaluation scores as a reference for your workouts. These indicators can be viewed in workout records or the Workout status app, including current training load, total recovery time, VO₂ Max, and training effect.

The TE score is evaluated based on your profile, as well as your heart rate and speed during your workout. A low TE score does not indicate a problem during your workout, but instead signifies that the workout is too easy and has no significant effect on improving aerobic capacity (for example, a low TE score for 1-hour of jogging).

How to obtain the data: After the workout mode is enabled on the device, you can obtain the training load of the current workout once you reach the minimum training load level. The training load over the past 7 days can be viewed in the workout status application of the device. Sleep app as a quick access app allows you to easily view the previous night's sleep status. Cycle tracking Tracking the menstrual cycles helps you understand your own physiological rhythms. Wake up the device, swipe from bottom to top on the watch face to open the app list, and swipe up or down on the screen to select and open the Cycle Tracking app. In the Cycle Tracking app on the device, you can view information such as menstrual cycle records and predictions.

Setting a password You can set the device password in the device under Settings > Preferences > Lock screen > Off-wrist Lock. Wear the band when exercising When exercising, we recommend wearing the band at a comfortable tightness to ensure that it is in close contact with your skin and does not slip. Wear the band at the appropriate tightness and ensure it does not slip on your skin. Charging 1.
You can sort or show/hide Level-1 menus on your band. To customize the apps on the screen according to your personal preference, go to Profile > Amazfit Band 5 > Display settings in the bound app, and select the app items to be displayed on the screen.
You can add or delete sports or adjust their sequence. To customize the sports according to your personal preference, go to Profile > Amazfit Band 5 > Workout settings in the bound app, and select the sports to be displayed on the screen.
By default, this function is disabled. It is enabled after you set the unlocking password. To configure this function, go to Profile > Amazfit Band 5 > Band lock in the bound app. There, you can enable or disable this function and change the password.

The method for enabling notifications varies with the operating system of your phone. Go to Profile > Amazfit Band 5 > Run in background and enable notifications as prompted.

Calendar The calendar is displayed only when the language is set to simplified Chinese or traditional Chinese. The calendar page shows the solar and lunar dates, the year, and holiday information. Swipe up/down on the details page to view past and future days. Stopwatch The stopwatch is used for timekeeping.
Timer The band vibrates when the timer expires. The maximum timer duration is 99:59. The timer cannot start a countdown if it is set to 00:00. During countdown, you can tap the pause button to pause the countdown. A paused timer can be resumed or ended. Music To use the music function, ensure that the band is connected to your mobile phone.
Grant notification reading permission in the bound app if you are using an Android device. To enable the music function, go to Profile > Amazfit Band 5 > Watch display settings in the bound app, and then click Enable on the status bar.
To replace the watch face with a photo watch face, open the app, go to Profile > Amazfit Band 5 > Store, choose a watch face that you like, go to the watch face details page, replace the watch face with your photo as prompted, and synchronize the photo to the band.

Workout secondary screen After you start workout monitoring on the workout page of the bound app, data related to the workout is automatically displayed on the band through the connection between the band and the phone. Pause/Continue/End a workout Long press the button on the band to pause a workout. The pause page appears. Tap Continue to continue the workout, or tap Stop and then tap OK on the confirmation page to end the workout and save the workout record. View the workout data ...
Band maintenance 1. You are advised to regularly clean the band and strap with water and dry them with a soft cloth. 2. Do not use cleaning agents such as soap, hand sanitizer, or bath foam to clean the band to avoid skin allergy and device corrosion. 3.
