BATTERY OPERATION
The only maintenance required for the
batteries is to keep them charged and the
contacts clean (a pencil eraser works well).
The battery pack should be near room
temperature when charging.
WARNING !
Batteries may explode if disposed of in fire.

Low Battery Warning

Low Battery Warning
When the battery level becomes too low for
normal operation, a warning signal (two
double beeps) will sound. 'Low Battery' will
appear in the display. When the battery is
almost completely discharged, the phone will
turn off.

Battery Saving Feature (DTX)

Battery Saving Feature (DTX)
The Battery Saving Feature, also known as
Discontinuous Transmission (DTX), allows the
phone to operate at reduced power when you
are not talking.
To select/cancel:
to toggle feature on/off.
