Page 5 STEP 1-4 Attach the TV Plate / Extensions to TV back Position your TV Plate/Extensions over your TV hole pattern- making sure they are centered and level over the TV hole pattern.Secure the TV Plate/Extensions using your (a) for Flat Back (b) for Round Back/Extra space CAUTION: Ensure TV Plate/Extensions is securely fastened before moving on to the next step.

Page 7 2A-4 plate [01] using lag bolts [A] and washer [B] . Tighten the lag bolts [A] only until the wall plate. DO NOT over-tighten the lag bolts. Drywall covering the wall must not exceed 5/8 in. (16mm) Ensure the wall plate is securely fastened to the wall before continuing on to the next step.
