The washer's feet are
not resting evenly on the
floor.
The shipping struts
have not been removed.
The spin speed was too
low.
There is no fault.
The washer has turned
off the light ring to
conserve energy.
The water pressure is
too low.
Detergent used with a
water softener tends to
become sticky.
The siphon tube is
clogged or positioned
incorrectly.
The dispenser drawer
was not pushed in when
the fabric softener was
being dispensed.
Level the machine (see
Installation Instructions).
Remove the shipping struts.
Select a higher spin speed
for future loads.
Lapping sounds at the
beginning and end of the
pump process are normal.
To turn the light ring back
on, press a wash option
button or turn the program
selector.
– Clean the water intake
hose filter under running
water and carefully
remove any large
particles.
– Select the "Sensitive"
wash option for future
loads.
Add detergent to the
dispenser before adding a
water softener.
Clean the siphon tube (see
"Washer care / Cleaning the
detergent dispenser
drawer").
Make sure the dispenser
drawer is pushed in
completely.
