XTAR L4 charger no indication lights when connected to 5V dc supply
The XTAR L4 charger does not show indication lights when connected to a 5V DC supply if no compatible batteries are inserted. It only activates the LEDs when charging supported 1.5V Li-Ion or 1.2V Ni-MH AA/AAA batteries.
