The wires (R, C, & W ) from the air handler to the thermostat can run parallel with the wiring from the AirCycler® g3 to the air handler. The fan wire (G) must be interrupted by the AirCycler® g3. Some thermostats do not require a common (C) connection. The AirCycler® g3 requires this for power, which must be wired to the furnace. -

EXHAUST F AN The AirCycler g3 can be con gured to control an exhaust fan both for manual control and as supplemental ventilation as needed. For this con guration, an AirCycler VentConnect switch must be installed to operate the exhaust fan. The AirCycler g3 and VentConnect switches communicate wirelessly to integrate the exhaust fan into the home’s overall ventilation strategy. - Page 4 The FlowProbe is an optional in-duct air ow probe with temperature and humidity sensing and air ow measuring and detection. The FlowProbe can be plugged directly into the AirCycler g3 or FreshConnect. Smooth air˜o w is required for accurate air˜o w measurement. To avoid air turbulence in the duct, place the FlowProbe in a straight run of the fresh air intake duct, at a down stream distance about 6 times the diameter of the duct.
