The deviation under 1 arises e.g. when we make (tight) turns with the machine when used as a sweeper. That will create damages to the machine in the end. If people want to make (tight) turns during work a wide angle PTO is necessary and available. Under normal conditions ( making straight passes) we will not create vibrations on the drive line if the machine is well set, see chapter 2.

@ Do not adjust one side more than two turns, compensate the other side first. 2. When the correct depth B is achieved, continue to work with the machine. 3. If the travel of the turnbuckles isn’t enough, check the rear roller 10 position to the support plate 11.

13.0 OPTIONS, SAFETY NOTES. Hereunder a couple of different options will be explained and described. Most of the accessories are related to different blades/ brushes for the main rotor. The main rotor can be accessed via access door 8, after all nuts 7 have been taken out. To access this door 8, the hopper has to be fully tipped and the head should be raised.

  • Page 22 Fig.12. Next the high lift kit can be assembled as follows: Remove one of the vertical support bars 4 carefully. Replace it with an hydraulic cylinder, with the rod end facing down. Replace the other side the same way. The machine can be gently dropped on the wheels. Replace the standard switch valve 10, with the new one, having one input and 3x output.
